Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

SkillBridge Academy LLC reserves the right to reschedule/cancel a program or change the location of a program.

1. In case SkillBridge Academy cancels a program, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate. Alternatively, the delegate can also choose a different session at no additional cost.

2. If a delegate cancels a session:

• All cancelations and postponements shall be done in written form.

• In case of client cancelation:

• No cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place not less than 14 days prior to the beginning of the course.

• 50% cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place between 7 days and 14 days prior to the beginning of the course.

• 100% cancelation fee if the cancelation takes place less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the course.

• If the candidate has completed more than 30% of the course.

• Downloaded any of the accredited materials.

• Attempted one or more mock exams.

3. 100% Money Back Guaranteed Classroom and Live Online training: If any participant is not satisfied with their Classroom or Live Online training session, the participant needs to communicate to us within 6 hours from the start of the first session. He can communicate via an email to connect@skillbridge.ae or can share the feedback with the respective admission counsellor. We will refund the entire amount paid by the participant in the original mode of payment. This guarantee is considered void in any of the following cases. 

4. No refunds will be made on examination services' registration fees.

5. Soft copies will be provided for certificates received from third party and accreditation If a delegate requires a print copy, an additional amount towards shipping, handling and related charges will be charged on actuals.
